Wallpaper of the Week: Collision

This week's wallpaper is a dark 3D illustration that shows a large clear orb in the center being impacted by a dark orb on the right. The impact causes the left side of the clear globe to shatter, creating a shower of clear glass fragments flying outward. More dramatic than this description, this background is great for those who enjoy dark backgrounds with an interesting focal point that's not busy or crowded.

2 words, Really good!

Why thank you. :) I'm delighted you like it.

I realize your not a scientist but I don't see any evidence of an impact (which would result in some type of stress fracture at the point of contact). I think it more likely that there is some unseen force to the left of the clear orb drawing matter in that direction.

Nope not a scientist. :)
I like your thought of an unseen force. The author of the image titled it Collision so that's the direction I went. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What popped in to my head when I saw it was an image of Newton's cradle, also known as kinetic motion balls.

Nice. Thanks! How do you install it (I think it was described once - I forgot (Windows 7))... Oh, sorry - very simple!

I'm glad you like it. :)

Nice. Thanks!

Those shades of dark to light in that Dark Lotus hit the spot with me!
Wish i could understand Russian.

Glad you like it!

I use one of the translation services when I visit that site. The download and other buttons don't translate but are pretty easy to figure out, the text seems to translate well enough. They have a wallpaper app on the Google Play site, that's how I discovered the site. :)
